Two-Layer Hardwood Flooring

The production of two-layer hardwood flooring begins with logs being cut into boards, which are dried in kilns and processed into base and top layer elements. The base layer lamellas are shaped using circular saws, while the top layer is pre-planed and cut for precision. These components are then glued together to form a laminated structure, which is sanded, brushed, and fitted with a tongue and groove. Some products are finished with eco-friendly UV oils, while others remain untreated. The top layer consists of a 3.5 mm oak and the base layer uses 8x22x160 mm lamellas—commonly oak. Final products, available in sizes like 10x70x470 mm and 11.5x150x1000 mm (with or without beveled edges), are packed and palletized for shipment.
